Breakfast pizza
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- beaten eggs - 5 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- bulk pack sausage - 1 lb
- frozen loosely packed hash brown potatoes, thawed - 1 c
How to make breakfast pizza:
Cook sausage in medium skillet until browned; drain. Set aside. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles; place triangles with elongated points toward center in a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Press bottom and sides to form a crust; seal perforations. Spoon sausage over dough; sprinkle with hash browns and Cheddar cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over sausage mixture.
