Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • chicken broth - 1/2 c
  • chicken breasts - 2 item
  • Salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • can water chestnuts, sliced - 1/2 item
  • Pepperidge Farm Cornbread Stuffing Mix - 1 c

How to make chicken casserole:

Boil chicken until tender. Cool. Remove meat from bone in small chunks. Place in greased casserole dish. Mix 1/2 cup milk with 1 can of chicken soup. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle water chestnuts over chicken. Pour 1/2 cup chicken broth over cornbread stuffing mix and stir. Put on top of casserole and bake at 350° for about 50 minutes.
