Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 1/2 c
- chicken breasts - 2 item
- Salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can water chestnuts, sliced - 1/2 item
- Pepperidge Farm Cornbread Stuffing Mix - 1 c
How to make chicken casserole:
Boil chicken until tender. Cool. Remove meat from bone in small chunks. Place in greased casserole dish. Mix 1/2 cup milk with 1 can of chicken soup. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle water chestnuts over chicken. Pour 1/2 cup chicken broth over cornbread stuffing mix and stir.
