Chicken broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- curry powder - 1/2 tsp
- margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- frozen broccoli - 2 pkg
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- sharp cheese, grated - 1 c
- chicken breasts, cooked - 6 item
- Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing - 1/2 c
How to make chicken broccoli casserole:
Cook and drain broccoli. Arrange in a 7 inch x 11 inch casserole dish. Put cooked chicken on top. Combine soup, milk, mayonnaise, cheese, lemon juice, curry powder. Pour over chicken. Combine stuffing crumbs and margarine. Sprinkle over previous mixture. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
