Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 item
- water - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- minced onion - 1 item
- converted rice - 3/4 c
- Velveeta cheese slices - 1 item
- to 5 boneless chicken breasts - 4 item
How to make chicken breasts with rice:
Put rice and water in baking dish. In medium bowl, mix together cream of celery, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder and minced onion to taste. Spread over rice and water. Top with chicken breasts with a thin slice of Velveeta cheese under each breast. Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 350°. Serves 4 to 5.Recipe categories: Chicken, Beef, Chicken breast.
