Ingredients/Components

  • boiling water - 1 c
  • chicken bouillon cube - 1 item
  • can sliced mushrooms - 1 oz
  • minced onion instant - 1/2 tsp
  • chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise - 6 item
  • Sauterne wine any white wine will do - 1/4 c
  • ??? curry powder - 1/2 item

How to make chicken breast supreme:

Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and paprika. Place in a baking dish. Dissolve chicken bouillon cube in boiling water. Add wine, onion and curry powder. Pour over chicken. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 45 minutes or longer, until tender and golden brown.

Strain pan juice. Bring to a boil. Blend 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 1/4 cup cold water. Stir into the boiling pan juice. Cook and stir until sauce thickens. Add mushrooms. Spoon over chicken breasts, reserving some sauce to pass. Good served with wild rice.
