  • flour - 1/2 c
  • beaten eggs - 6 item
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chicken broth - 4 c
  • cooked, cubed chicken - 3 c
  • butter 1 stick - 1/2 c

How to make chicken scallop:

Prepare dressing. Melt the butter. Add flour and seasonings; gradually add the broth. Cook until thick, stirring. Stir small amount into eggs and mix, forming custard. Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan; fill with layers of dressing, then chicken. Cover with custard. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
