- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item

- crackers, crushed use "buttery" type - 3 c
How to make chicken breast casserole:
Boil chicken. Cut or tear into bite sized pieces. Put 2 cups cracker crumbs in a 9 x 13-inch casserole. Dot with 1/2 stick oleo. Add chicken and top with water chestnuts. Mix soups and sour cream and pour over chicken. Spread 1 cup cracker crumbs over top. Dot with remaining 1/2 stick oleo and bake in 350° oven until bubbly in center.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
