  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • water - 2 Tbsp
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • orange juice - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • garlic salt - 1 item
  • mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • ketchup - 2 Tbsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • minced onion - 2 Tbsp

How to make chicken barbecue sauce:

Mix together and baste roasting chicken and/or parts every 10 to 15 minutes. (If altering recipe amounts, remember water and oil must be in equal amounts.)
