Chicken and vegetable stir-fry
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- cornstarch - 2 tsp
- water
- vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 4 Tbsp
- hot cooked rice - 1 item
- boneless chicken breasts - 1 lb
- carrot, sliced thin - 1 item
- broccoli - 2 c
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
- snow peas - 1 c
- green onions, sliced thin - 4 item
- medium green pepper, cut into thin strips - 1 item
How to make chicken and vegetable stir-fry:
Thoroughly combine first 5 ingredients with water. Heat oil in wok or skillet over high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry 3 minutes. Add vegetables and golden onion recipe soup mixture. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, about 5 minutes or until thickened. Serve over hot rice.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Main dish, Rice.
