- salt - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- baking potatoes - 4 item
- vegetable oil or melted butter - 1/2 c
- thyme, oregano, sage or basil - 1/2 tsp
How to make baked sliced potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients; add potatoes and toss well.Place mixture in a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch baking pan, spreading out slices so they overlap slightly. Bake, uncovered, for about 20 minutes.
