Ingredients/Components
- water
- stick butter - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- raw rice
- whole chicken, cut up can use chicken breast - 1 item
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Preheat oven to 275°. Melt butter in 3-quart baking dish. Mix soup, rice and water; pour on melted butter. Place chicken pieces on top of mixture. Cover and bake for 2 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
