Ingredients/Components
- can condensed cream of celery soup - 1 3/4
- dry onion soup mix - 1 Tbsp
- chicken breast halves, skinned and boned - 2 item
- can sliced mushrooms, undrained - 1 oz
- raw long-grain converted rice - 1/2 c
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Combine soup, mushrooms and rice in greased crock-pot. Stir well. Lay chicken breasts on top of mixture and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover and cook on low setting for 4 to 6 hours. Makes 2 servings.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
