Curry roast chicken
Ingredients/Components
- honey - 6 Tbsp
- curry powder - 3 tsp
- white wine - 4 Tbsp
- chopped chives - 1 item
- garlic cloves, halved - 2 item
- chicken breast halves bone in - 4 item
How to make curry roast chicken:
Rub chicken with garlic. Place chicken in baking dish. Bring honey, wine and curry powder to a boil. Stir until thick, about 2 minutes. Brush chicken with glaze and roast at 450° for 10 minutes. Brush with remaining glaze and continue roasting until done, about 10 to 15 minutes more. Sprinkle with chives. Serve with herbed rice.
