Ingredients/Components
- Minute rice
- boneless skinless chicken breasts - 4 item
- can cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup - 1 item
- can of water or milk - 1 item
- chipped beef optional - 1 item
- sliced or grated Cheddar cheese sharp or mild - 8 oz
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine soup, water or milk and rice. If using chipped beef, rinse off the salt and pat dry.
