  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • chicken breasts - 4 item
  • converted rice - 1 item

How to make chicken and rice:

Boil chicken breasts for 1 hour to make a good stock. Remove and debone. Set aside. Boil rice in chicken stock according to package measurements. Add soup, chicken, salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Bake in conventional 350° oven for 30 minutes or microwave on High for 7 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
