Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1/8 tsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- American cheese, grated - 1/4 lb
- corned beef hash - 1 lb
- peas or corn - 1 pt
How to make corned beef hash pie:
Combine hash, egg and catsup. Mix. Line bottom and sides of greased 9-inch pie pan with this mixture. Spread the vegetables in top. Put cheese, milk and mustard in saucepan. Heat until blended. Pour over meat and vegetables mixture. Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, One Dish meal.
