Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 3 Tbsp
  • egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
  • dry mustard - 1/8 tsp
  • catsup - 1/2 c
  • American cheese, grated - 1/4 lb
  • corned beef hash - 1 lb
  • peas or corn - 1 pt

How to make corned beef hash pie:

Combine hash, egg and catsup. Mix. Line bottom and sides of greased 9-inch pie pan with this mixture. Spread the vegetables in top. Put cheese, milk and mustard in saucepan. Heat until blended. Pour over meat and vegetables mixture. Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
