Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cooked chicken, diced - 2 c
- onion, peeled and diced - 1 item
- large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced - 2 item
How to make chicken and potato casserole:
Grease square baking dish. Layer the potatoes, then chicken, then onion. Combine the soup and milk. Pour over the chicken. Bake, covered, at 375° for 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 15 minutes. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
