Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- plain flour - 2 c
- chicken - 1 item
- hot chicken broth - 1 item
How to make chicken and dumplings:
Cook chicken until done. Take meat off the bone.Mix flour, salt and enough broth to make a stiff dough. Turn onto floured board; knead. Roll out very thin. Cut in strips and drop into boiling broth. Cook until done; add chicken.
