Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- water - 3/4 c
- shortening - 2/3 c
- whole chicken - 1 item
How to make chicken and dumplings:
Boil a pan of water with the whole chicken in it. Cook the chicken in the boiling water until done. Remove chicken from water and debone when cool. Do not discard water.
