Chicken and broccoli casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- Ritz crackers, crushed
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese
- chicken breast halves, skinned - 4 item
How to make chicken and broccoli casserole:
Boil chicken breast halves and cool. Cut into bite size chunks. Thaw broccoli. Place chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with broccoli. Mix soups, mayonnaise and 1 cup Cheddar cheese. Pour over broccoli. Top with remaining cheese. Crush crackers and mix with melted margarine. Place on top of casserole. Bake at 350° until bubbly (about 30 minutes).
