Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- raw rice - 2 c
- onion soup - 2 pkg
- pieces chicken - 10 item
- white Chablis or Sauterne - 2 c
How to make chicken:
Pour soups in bottom of roasting pan. Pour rice over soup evenly. Roll chicken in onion soup and lay on top of rice. Do not put on top of each other. Pour wine over chicken. Cover and bake at 350° for 2 hours.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Chicken, Poultry.
