Cheese cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• cream cheese - 8 oz
• whipping cream - 1 pt
• hot water - 1 c
• lemon jello - 1 pkg

How to make cheese cake:

Dissolve jello in water and cool. Mix cheese and sugar. Whip cream. Mix all ingredients well and pour into graham cracker shell. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. (Blueberry or cherry pie filling may be spread on top of pie in lieu of crumbs.) Refrigerate.
