  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1/4 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • graham cracker pie crust - 1 item

How to make cheesecake supreme:

Preheat oven to 325°. Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and salt until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Place crust on baking sheet. Pour in filling. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in from the edge comes out clean.

Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla; carefully spread over pie. Continue baking 10 minutes. Cool. Chill. If desired, top with fresh or frozen fruit, thawed and drained. Serves 8.
