Ingredients/Components

  • box lemon jello - 1 item
  • hot water - 1 c
  • graham crackers, crushed - 40 item
  • 1/2 sticks oleo, melted - 1 item
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • large can evaporated milk - 1 item

How to make cheese cake:

Dissolve jello in hot water. Set aside to cool but not congeal. Crush the graham crackers and mix with melted oleo. Beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Put evaporated milk in freezer to get cold. Whip milk.

Line dish with crumbs (save some for top). Mix milk and jello mixture together and add to cheese mixture. Pour into dish and top with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate.
