Cheesy potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 6 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- to 3 green onions, chopped - 2 item
- sour cream fat-free - 1 c
How to make cheesy potatoes:
Cook potatoes in skins. Cool and peel. Shred potatoes on coarse grater. Heat cheese and 4 tablespoons margarine until cheese is almost melted. Remove from heat and add sour cream, onions and salt; blend well. Fold in potatoes and spoon into 2-quart buttered casserole dish. Dot with remaining 2 tablespoons margarine and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 30 minutes at 325°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
