Cheesy potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- margarine - 6 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- to 3 green onions, chopped - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- paprika - 1 item
How to make cheesy potatoes:
Cook potatoes in jackets. Cool and peel. Shred potatoes. Heat cheese and 4 tablespoons margarine until cheese is almost melted. Remove from heat and add sour cream, onions, salt and pepper; blend well. Fold in potatoes and spoon into a 2-quart buttered casserole. Dot with remaining 2 tablespoons margarine and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 30 minutes at 325°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
