Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- cream of chicken soup - 1 c
- large sour cream - 1 item
- large frozen hash browns, partially thawed - 1 item
How to make cheesy potatoes:
Mix all ingredients except hash browns and 1/2 of cheese. Then mix in potatoes. Pat in greased baking pan/dish. Sprinkle on rest of the cheese. Cook at 350° for 30 minutes. Cover while baking for 20 minutes and cook uncovered for 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Cheese.
