Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- sour cream - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- crushed corn flakes
- cream of chicken soup - 1 c
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix together all ingredients except corn flakes. Pour into a buttered glass dish, 9 x 13-inch, then sprinkle corn flakes on top. Bake uncovered in a 350° oven for 45 minutes. Serves 6 people.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
