Cheesy potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- 4 oz - 1 c
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- butter on top - 1 item
How to make cheesy potato casserole:
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water about 30 minutes, or until tender. Chill. Peel and grate potatoes. Combine cheese, milk and butter in saucepan. Cook over low heat until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Fold cheese mixture into potatoes. Pour into greased casserole dish. Dot with butter; sprinkle with paprika.
