Cheesy potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- medium size potatoes - 6 item
How to make cheesy potato casserole:
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Chill, then peel and grate. Combine cheese, milk and butter in small saucepan. Cook over low heat until butter and cheese melt. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Fold cheese mixture into potatoes. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
