Cheesy garlic bread
Ingredients/Components
- 4 oz - 1 c
- mayonnaise
- garlic cloves, minced - 3 item
- paprika optional - 1 item
- minced fresh parsley optional - 1/3 c
- thinly sliced green onions with tops - 1 c
- loaf French bread, halved lengthwise - 1 item
How to make cheesy garlic bread:
Mix mayonnaise, cheese, onions and garlic. Spread on bread halves. Wrap each half in foil. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or freeze. Unwrap and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes (20 to 25 minutes if frozen) or until puffed, but not brown. Cut into slices. Yields 12 to 15 servings.Recipe categories: Breads, Grains, Pasta, rice and grains.
