  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • cream cheese - 16 oz
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • vanilla wafers - 1 item

How to make cheesecake cupcakes:

Mix all ingredients (except wafers) together until smooth. Place vanilla wafer in the bottom of a cupcake paper in muffin tin. Fill with mixture to 3/4 full. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. Cool. Top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate.
