Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cream cheese - 16 oz
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- vanilla wafers - 1 item
How to make cheesecake cupcakes:
Mix all ingredients (except wafers) together until smooth. Place vanilla wafer in the bottom of a cupcake paper in muffin tin. Fill with mixture to 3/4 full. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. Cool. Top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cupcakes.
