- water - 3/4 c
- cooking oil - 3/4 c
- whole eggs - 4 item
- lemon jello
- golden yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
How to make lemon cake:
Mix the ingredients thoroughly with a mixer for 10 minutes. When well mixed, place in greased pan (13 x 9-inch) for 30 to 35 minutes in a 350° oven. When done, remove cake from the oven and prick with large fork all over and all the way down through cake. Mix 1 cup powdered sugar with 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemons.
