Cheesecake cookies
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1/4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- light brown sugar, packed - 1/3 c
- butter or oleo, melted - 1/3 c
How to make cheesecake cookies:
Combine first 4 ingredients; pat mixture into an 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes (save 1/4 cup for top). Meanwhile, beat cheese and sugar smooth; beat in remaining ingredients. Pour over crust. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Bake 30 minutes or more until set. Cool on wire rack. When cool, cut in 2-inch squares and then diagonally. Makes 32.
