vanilla - 1/2 tsp
granulated sugar - 1/4 c
pkg - 1 oz
milk - 2 Tbsp
chopped nuts - 1/3 c
flour - 1 c
butter - 1/3 c
egg - 1 item
brown sugar, packed - 1/3 c
lemon juice - 1 Tbsp

How to make cheesecake cookies:

Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add flour and nuts. Blend until crumbly. Set aside 1 cup and press remaining mixture into 8-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.

Combine granulated sugar and cream cheese; beat until smooth. Add egg, milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat well and spread over the baked crust. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Cool and cut into bars, serving in paper cupcake liners for a decorative effect.
