Ingredients/Components

• graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
• sugar - 3 Tbsp
• melted butter - 3 Tbsp
• cream cheese - 3 (8
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• eggs - 3 item
• milk - 2 Tbsp
• can cherry pie filling - 21 oz

How to make cheesecake:

Combine crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and margarine. Press into bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Increase oven to 450°.

Combine softened cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and flour. Mix at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well after each addition. Blend in milk and vanilla. Pour mixture over crust. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 250°. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Loosen from rim of pan. Cool before removing rim of pan. Chill in refrigerator four or more hours. Top with cherry pie filling.
