Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cream cheese
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- egg yolk - 1 item
- lemon peel or few drops of lemon juice - 1/2 item
How to make cheese cake:
Cheese Cake:3 (8 oz.) cream cheese1 c. sugar2 Tbsp. flour1 tsp. vanilla1/2 lemon peel or few drops of lemon juice2 eggs1 egg yolk1/4 c. milk Crust: Blend ingredients together. Spread out in 9-inch pie pan. If desired, bake at 375° for 8 minutes.Cheese Cake: Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla and lemon peel. Beat until fluffy. Add eggs and egg yolk. Beat on low speed until mixed. Stir in milk. Pour into crust. Bake at 375° for 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Cool. Pour your favorite can of pie filling on top. Chill.
