Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cream cheese
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk
- flour
- baking powder - 3/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- can cherry pie filling - 1 item
How to make cheesecake:
Second Layer:1 lb. cream cheese1 1/2 Tbsp. flour3 eggs1 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 c. milk Use a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan. Mix first layer ingredients. Press into bottom of pan, then spread pie filling on it.Mix second layer ingredients well, until smooth, in a blender. Gently pour second layer mixture on top of pie filling; sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 10 minutes. When cool, refrigerate 12 hours or overnight before serving.
