Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cream cheese - 1 lb
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 3/4 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- lemon rind - 1/4 tsp
How to make cheese cake:
Combine 2 cups crumbs, 1 cup sugar, cinnamon and melted butter and mix well. Press all but 2/3 cup on bottom and sides of greased cheese cake pan. Beat eggs until thick and light. Add remaining sugar, flour, salt, vanilla, lemon juice and rind; beat well. Combine evaporated milk and cheese. Mix well; add egg mixture to that. Pour into pan with crumbs and sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, < 60 mins.
