  • graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • pkg - 5 oz
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
  • thick sour cream - 1 c
  • Cool Whip any flavor; garnish - 2 Tbsp

How to make new york style cheesecake:

Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and melted butter; press firmly into 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes.

Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and vanilla until well blended. Add sour cream. Mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each one. Pour over crust. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. Loosen rim of pan, but let cool before removing. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Top with Cool Whip just before serving.
