- milk - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese
- spaghetti sauce - 1 pt
- hamburg - 1 1
- onion to taste - 1 item
- seasoning to taste - 1 item
- to 10-inch unbaked pie shell - 9 item
- dry bread crumbs to thicken - 1 item
How to make cheeseburger pie:
Cheese Topping:2 c. grated Cheddar cheese1 egg1/4 c. milk Prepare pie shell first. Brown hamburg and add seasonings and onion. When hamburg is cooked, add spaghetti sauce and dry bread crumbs; mix together. Put mixture into unbaked pie shell.Cheese Topping: Mix cheese, eggs and milk together. Put on top of hamburg mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 400°.
