  • eggs - 3 item
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • can cherry pie filling - 1 oz
  • lemon juice - 1/4 c
  • can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
  • melted margarine or butter - 1/3 c
  • container sour cream room temperature - 1 (8

How to make creamy baked cheesecake:

Preheat oven to 300°. Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Press firmly on bottom of a 9-inch pan.

In a large mixer bowl, beat the cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set. Top with sour cream. Bake 5 minutes longer. Cool. Chill. Top with pie filling.
