- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- can cherry pie filling - 1 oz
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- melted margarine or butter - 1/3 c
- container sour cream room temperature - 1 (8
How to make creamy baked cheesecake:
Preheat oven to 300°. Combine crumbs, sugar and butter. Press firmly on bottom of a 9-inch pan.In a large mixer bowl, beat the cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set. Top with sour cream. Bake 5 minutes longer. Cool. Chill. Top with pie filling.
