- salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- garlic salt - 3/4 tsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- oregano - 3/4 tsp
- chili sauce - 1 c
- tomato sauce - 8 oz
- garlic clove - 1 item
- celery - 1 c
- Worcestershire - 1 tsp
- medium bell pepper - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 3/4 lb
- dried mustard - 3/4 tsp
- dried breadcrumbs - 3/4 c
- deep dish pie shells - 2 item
- instant onion - 2 Tbsp
- Topping:2 eggs
How to make cheeseburger pie:
Topping:2 eggs1/3 c. milk3/4 tsp. garlic salt3/4 tsp. dried mustard1 tsp. Worcestershire3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese In large skillet, brown ground beef, spices, celery and bell pepper. Mix tomato sauce, chili sauce and breadcrumbs to hamburger mixture and fill unbaked pie shells.Mix topping ingredients except cheese and pour over ground beef. Shred cheese and sprinkle over pies. Bake at 350° until cheese melts. Great make ahead recipe and freeze.
