Sour cream enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- ground cumin
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- can cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 1 item
- milk - 1/3 c
- to 1 small can chopped green chilies - 1/2 item
- to 10 tortillas - 9 item
- cheese, grated
How to make sour cream enchiladas:
Brown beef and onions; drain well. Add remaining ingredients except tortillas and cheese. Mix well. Place thin layer of meat sauce in oblong casserole dish. Cut tortillas in sixths.
