Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cheese - 2 c
- tomato sauce - 8 oz
- breadcrumbs 2 slices bread, toasted and crumbled
How to make cheeseburger pie:
Bake pie shells for 8 minutes at 350°. Brown ground beef in skillet and add onion and green pepper. Pour meat and breadcrumbs into pie shell and add egg. Top with cheese and tomato sauce. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Vegetables, Beef.
