Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • ice water
  • red pepper - 1 tsp
  • sharp cheese, grated - 1 lb
  • flour heaping - 2 c
  • 1/2 sticks oleo - 1 item

How to make cheese straws:

Grate cheese. Allow oleo and cheese to soften at room temperature. Mix in rest of ingredients. Make strips with cookie press on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 300° for 20 minutes.
