Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • red pepper - 1 tsp
  • sharp cheese, grated - 1 lb
  • 1/2 sticks oleo - 1 item
  • ice water scant - 1 Tbsp

How to make cheese straws:

Allow oleo and cheese to soften at room temperature. Mix in rest of ingredients with electric mixer. Make strips with a cookie press on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle red pepper on top. Bake at 300° for 20 to 30 minutes.
