Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- stalks celery - 2 item
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
- small jar mushrooms - 1 item
- can Swanson chicken broth - 1 item
- grated Cheddar - 1 c
- can Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- small stick Velveeta cheese - 1 item
How to make cheese soup:
Boil chicken, broth and butter. Add onion and celery. Cool 20 minutes. Add mushrooms. Gradually add all soups, milk and chopped Velveeta cheese. Add grated cheese. Simmer for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Soups & stews.
