- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- carrots - 1/2 c
- chicken bouillon cube - 1 item
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1/2 lb
- celery - 1/2 c
- cubed potatoes - 3 c
- onions - 1/4 c
How to make cheese soup:
Combine the first 9 ingredients. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Gradually add flour and milk, stirring until it boils and thickens. Add cheese; stir until melted.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Soups & stews.
