Cheese soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- potatoes - 3 c
- chicken bouillon cube - 1 item
- Velveeta - 1/2 lb
- celery, diced fine - 1/2 c
- carrots, diced fine - 1/2 c
How to make cheese soup:
Use only Velveeta and cube. Combine first 9 ingredients. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Gradually add milk to flour, stirring until well blended. Add milk mixture to vegetables. Cook until thickened. Add cubed Velveeta cheese; stir until melted.Suggestion: Add cubed ham, if desired.
